What motivated you to write about false rape acquisition?

In India, women have constantly been disbelieved when speaking out about gender-based violence. In fact, estimates and statistics cited gleefully by men’s rights activists and the like to decry that women speaking out about rape or sexual violence were, in all probability, lying or taking revenge on men; and the present scenario clearly shows the same. India is definitely among those countries where women faces multiple issues from the very beginning of their life span, starting from domestic violence to vulnerable rapes, but the rising amount of women centric laws in India, is leading to the misuse of the rights and laws provided to women, which of course is leading to false acquisition for men in the society, even when they aren’t guilty.

What according to you is an Ideal Criminal Justice System?

According to us an Ideal Criminal Justice System must consist of the main factors- justice, legitimacy and freedom. There must be justice for all, by convicting and punishing the guilty and helping them to stop offending while protecting the innocent.
