I am A. Siva Sangari from Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu. I am currently pursuing my 2nd year of my 5 year llb programme at VIT CHENNAI. I am very obsessed with my family and it means everything for me. My life is full of hardships and I am a very determinant academic worker and craze towards reading books. I am looking forward to give more articles and publications.
What motivated you to write about “Sexual Assault of Men”?
The main driving force to choose this topic is of course the book called “ABUSED BOYS” .While I was reading I felt very bad towards Indian Legal system and its priority towards Females when it comes to Sex related matters. And I think I should really focus on this because of the inclined level of male abuses.
What according to you are the “inappropriate laws” in this regard?
Why I used the term called inappropriate laws is because Laws are for the welfare of the society and it itself is violating the basic fundamental right that is everyone should be treated equally irrespective of the offences and the trauma what male are getting in sexual offences is more or less same to that of a woman and law should be made appropriate
